Pectin Buffer Food Grade
Pectin Buffer Food Grade is a free-flowing white to off-white powder consisting of food-grade pectin blended with buffering salts to provide controlled gelation and improved stability in food formulations. It is odorless or has a slight characteristic odor and is readily dispersible in water under suitable processing conditions. Pectin Buffer Food Grade is widely used in the food and beverage industry as a gelling agent, stabilizer, thickener, texture modifier, and buffering ingredient. It is commonly incorporated into fruit jams, jellies, marmalades, fruit preparations, confectionery, dairy products, beverages, desserts, bakery fillings, and other processed food products to improve gel strength, viscosity, texture, mouthfeel, and product stability while helping to maintain the desired pH during processing.
